A day at Zen Dan Kwan After School Karate includes;
3:00PM Students collected from their Schools and delivered to Zen Dan Kwan School of Martial Arts
(Schools in our area only, otherwise a drop off progamme is available)
3:30PM Students participate in a Zen Dan Kwan Martial Arts Class, specific to their age and Belt Rank
4:30PM Students have a snack of fresh fruit and participate in a range of indoor and ourdoor activities
6:00PM Students collected by their parents
At all times in the School the After School Karate students are supervised by Mr Daniel, who is a qualified School Teacher as well as a highly ranked Zen Dan Kwan Instructor.
As the students are under constant supervision from an Instructor, the correct standards of behaviour for a Zen Dan Kwan student are in force at all times. It also means that the children are occupied in productive and constructive activities from when they leave school to when their parents pick them up. Students in the After School Karate programme also have the opportunity to read quietly by themselves or do their homework if they choose to do so.
The After School Karate Programme at Zen Dan Kwan School of Martial Arts has been running for many years, and is a great service for families who need after school care for their children. This enables the children to be cared for by Martial Arts Instructors, to participate in their usual classes and have a fun time after school.
