You are invited to attend a free seminar on Bullying Awareness at Zen Dan Kwan School of Martial Arts on Saturday 13th February 2010. Topics covered will include

What to do if you are threatened by Bullies
What to do if your friends are being Bullied
How to Defeat Bullies without Fighting
Under what circumstances fighting back is acceptable
The seminar will be held at the School from 11:30AM to 12:20PM.
