STATE SCHOOL TEACHER STRIKE STATE SCHOOL TEACHERS STRIKE
ON Wednesday 19th November the Teachers Federation have declared a strike day for their members. This means that many state schools will have some closures for part of the day on Wednesday 19th November.
At Zen Dan Kwan School of Martial Arts we will be holding a Karate Camp on the day, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. This is going to be a great day of Martial Arts learning and fun. All students and their siblings are very welcome to attend.
The day will include a range of fun activities for students. There will be;
* Martial Arts Classes
* Specialist Martial Arts classes including weaponry and tumbling
* Martial Arts crafts such as origami and calligraphy
* Martial Arts stories and games
The day will run from 9:00AM to 6:00PM and students can be collected from the Dojang any time up until 6:00PM. The cost of the day is $49 per person.
Students should wear their Martial Arts uniform to the Karate Camp. They will also need to bring their lunch and bring a hat and shoes for when we go to the park at lunch break.
